Копирование через Ctrl + C, перестало корректно работать

команда Ctrl + C, перестала корректно копировать компоненты и элементы, внутри окна, которое создаётся при помощи клавиш Crtl + S. Во всех других случая идёт корректное копирование.

@Junko3  I can't help you with recording the video, and there's no point in doing so. I'll write down all the details of the error step by step.

I created the main components, placed them in a frame or a combining area with Ctrl +S, then I press Ctrl + C and paste. After these manipulations, what happens is that I indicated above, all objects that are not in auto-layout lose their coordinates, this has not happened before. I asked my colleagues to do the same, and everything works flawlessly for them. 

For the sake of experiment, I also created another account, and you won't believe it, everything works as it should. It feels like my account is broken or something inside it.

This error occurs both in the program and in the browser. I did not find any functions to reset the data in the account to factory settings, perhaps this would help solve the problem.
