I recently received an invitation from a companyy for a UX/UI Designer position. Initially, I was asked to review their product and address some existing issues.
I created a Figma file with my designs and shared my ideas with the company during a meet call. However, when I tried to access the file later, I received the following error message: “You can’t access this resource. Contact the owner, an admin, or support for assistance.”
Can anyone explain what happen here 😩😳? Thank you.

Would you mind sharing the link to the file that you’re unable to access?
I noticed your previous ticket has been closed, but once I have your file link I’ll open a new ticket for you. This way, our support team can dive in and check out the permissions of the file from our side.
By the way, did you happen to share this file link with that company and give them edit access? Sometimes, if they move your file, it could affect who’s able to access it.
