Keyboard shortcuts unwanted change constraints

Since recently i could observe that the contraints of the layer are changed when i align objects with the keyboard shortcuts. e.g. center/center. then the constraints are also changed here. this is annoying because i have to set like contraints to scale/scale again with the mouse every time. can i turn this off so that the constraints are not changed by the alignment?

    I have the same problem and this is very annoying.
    How to turn this behavior off?
    Windows 10 Pro(22H2, OS Build: 19045.2965)
    Figma Desktop App version 116.9.5
