У них сейчас действительно убрали возможность менять почту напрямую через настройки. Нужно писать в поддержку Figma через и указать старый и новый адрес. Они сами поменяют вручную, обычно в течение дня отвечают.

From your screenshot, it looks like your Figma account is using Google SSO. The note “Managed by Google” means your email address and password are controlled by Google, not Figma, so they can’t be changed directly within Figma.

First of all, oo update your Google email or password, please do so through your Google Account settings. You can follow these Google Support articles for detailed steps:

• Change or reset your password
• Change your username or email address

Also if you want to change the email associated with your account, you'll need to remove Google SSO, please follow the steps in our guide here: Manage email address or password
