JIRA Figma integration and security

My team has an invite only Figma design file that we are working and we want to use the JIRA Figma integration to link designs /w previews, but because we want our design file to be invite only (for security reasons), the JIRA plugin doesn’t work and throws an error.

Is there a way to have the file secure (permissions) and link it to jira for preview?

Hiya @Martin77 – it looks like you’ve been in touch with support already, but just in case you haven’t: this is not possible / there is no workaround for this at the moment.

File permissions are absolute, and there is no way to display the preview unless the permissions are changed.
