Issues locating the Variant Value feature

Hello guys, I’m trying to create carousels using components and I can’t seem to locate “Edit Variant Property” on my app and if updating the app is the reason, where do I locate the “Check for Updates” feature to verify if I’m using the latest update? Thanks.
