Is there any way to move the designs to another file without changing the link to the selected Section?

I have many designs in one file, and now it’s using too much memory. So I decided to move half of the designs to another file to manage them by functions.
However, all of these designs were already sent as links to the BA and Dev teams for documentation and development.
My concern is that if I move the designs to another file, the links already included in the documents will no longer work.
Is there any way to move the designs to another file without changing the link to the selected Section?
We can’t replace the links in the documents because we have hundreds of documents and flows.
