Is there a way to move annotations?
Need: the ability to move an annotation to another side of a component/frame/whatever, anywhere I want so that it is not blocking anything.

Right now, this isn’t a bug, but rather expected behavior. Annotations were not built with the ability to easily move them, but this is already on the team’s radar for improvement.
