Is there a way to find where I've used fonts from my library?

Hi

I have 2 library files: 1 for fonts and colours, and 1 for the components used in my designs.

In the first file where I store my fonts and colours, I have a list of fonts meant to be used but with time, I’ve minimised on the fonts I use.

My question is, is there a way to see where these fonts are used in my second library file just so I know which fonts to remove from the list since they are no longer used.
