Is there a way to export the new "texture" feature of Figma as vector?

Hi! I'm doing some Figma illustrations and need to print them so I'm transferring them over to Illustrator. Is there a way to export the new "texture" feature as vector? I've tried: flattening, outlining the stroke, exporting as SVG/PDF, but nothing's working. Hope someone can help (and apologies if this has already been asked and I missed it) 🙏🏻

Exactly same problem here. Any ideas ?

Same problem here. Surely it’s a key part of the feature so that it can actually be used?

Same problem here, can’t really do anything expect export to JPG/PNG, else is either incorrect or blurry on PDF. Can’t really edit or create logos with that effect if it’s not exportable as vector. Hope they’ll add it in a coming update.

It’s been a while now since the feature exists. Any updates or other way to export textures as vector ?

Only 250 views made me skeptical that this can be real thing. I discovered what is causing the problem. The problem only occurs with clipping masks. Figma ignores objects with effects that are outside the boundaries of a clipping mask.

For everyone facing this issue: Make sure the object with effects inside a clipping mask is taking up at least 1px inside the clipping masks boundary box. Bounding box and object with effect must overlap!

For Figma dev team: Please export it regardless of “completely outside bounding box”, it’s an intentional design decision if the spread is big.
