Is there a problem with Figma? No one is responding to my emails or chat messages

I need to upgrade my Figma Org from 7-seat to 8-seat for the new billing cycle, but Figma isn't responding to chat and emails.
I think they assumed we were a small company and weren't willing to provide support.

Do you have any suggestions on how to find a support person willing to help at Figma?

Thank you! I received a reply to my email. Although I was a little worried about Figma response time because it was quite slow, thankfully, it was answered.
