Video can only be added to files in a paid Education, Professional, and Organization team. Plugins running on files in free Starter teams can edit existing video in a file but not upload video to it.

I am trying to import videos to users’ file from PluginAPI. Since it can only be done to paid teams, is there a way to check this gracefully? Or is the only way to check is expecting an error from `createVideoAsync`?
