Is it possible to fetch data from external api into figma designs?

Hey, now that Figma Sites is available to use; I wanted to know if there are any plugins or tools or methods to fetch live external data through APIs into Figma designs?

Or atleast I want two way sync between any database and figma. The database can be any tool like Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable. The data should sync from both ways.
