Hi,


I’m getting an internal server error when trying to publish a slide deck. I can publish the deck with 100 slides, but 101 or more results in an internal server error. I have 114 slides that need to be published.


I’m doing so that I can embed charts in popups for points on a 3d map, following the process described in https://helpcenter.flourish.studio/hc/en-us/articles/8827954438799-How-to-embed-charts-in-your-popups-or-panels, and in particular, the ’ Embedding charts in your popups and panels based on a matching value’ section of this article.


Any help or suggestions would be fantastic!

Hi @Dominic_Nicholas, Thank you for reaching out to about this error and for sharing the article from the Flourish Help Center. I can see how this issue is causing you some trouble and I truly understand your frustration.


Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you using Flourish in combination with Figma? I’ve tried to find relevant plugins in our community, but I haven’t come across it yet.

Could you perhaps provide us with a bit more information? Are you asking about an issue with Flourish, or is this related to Figma?
