IN UI3 ，How to move the toolbar to the top of the screen？

There is no option in Figma to do it, but i’ve made instruction with some alternative variants

 

How do you make UI centered app, have unintuitive and user unfriendly design ? This redesign feels like they didnt have work and needed to get paid, so they did this, instead of fixing the conponent glitches ? Why is my animation scuffed and not working properly ? Why do I have to make workarounds to make the animation smooth, and on top in a new unfunctional UI :D Then pay loads of money for rampidly more expensive subscription. Ty Greedy corpo :) Maybe Ill start making UI in blender, I hate this redesign...
