In-Person Waitlist & Volunteer Offer: Config India 2026

Dear Config India Organizing Team,

Thank you for the recent update regarding my application status for Config India 2026. While I am grateful to be officially registered for the virtual experience, I am writing to reiterate my strong interest in attending the in-person event on October 15.

As a dedicated UI/UX enthusiast who has actively engaged with design ecosystems like the Locofy platform, I registered a month ago with the earnest hope of connecting with the community on-site. If any in-person slots open up due to cancellations, please consider this a formal request to be added to the waitlist and confirm my seat.

Furthermore, if your community team is seeking any on-the-ground volunteers, I would be more than happy to offer my time and skills. I bring substantial logistical experience, having worked as a coordinator for over 10 events in Bangalore, which includes providing administrative support for large-scale technical and gaming events such as Frag Fest.

Thank you for your time and for organizing what promises to be an incredible event. I hope to have the opportunity to contribute and participate in person.

Applications for the in-person event closed on August 21, and given the huge number of applications we received this year, we don't have a waitlist for in-person seats at this time, and we're not able to offer ticket transfers either.

We also really appreciate you offering to volunteer, but we're not bringing on external volunteers for Config India this year.

Your virtual registration is already confirmed. That gives you free access to all the keynotes and sessions live on October 15, and every talk will also be recorded and available on our YouTube channel afterward if you can't catch it all live. You can find more details on the Config India FAQ.
