Overview

I started using Figma Sites after watching several YouTube tutorials. In the tutorials, other users have blocks like Navigation and Features in the “Insert” menu, but I don’t see those options in mine.

I understand that Figma Sites is available to users on the Pro plan, and as far as I know, there shouldn’t be any other restrictions.

 

My Question

I understand that Figma Sites is currently in beta.

Does this mean that features are limited per user? Or is there a step I still need to complete?

Or could this be a bug? (If so, I’d appreciate it if it could be fixed.)

If anyone has any insight, I’d really appreciate your help.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm checking with our internal team to see if there are any issues on this. I will get back to you when I have anything I can share with you. In the meantime, could you try the troubleshooting below?

  • Close any Figma tabs you're not using
  • Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.

@y_toku Thank you for your response.

I tried restarting the Figma desktop app following your instructions, but the situation hasn’t changed. My “Insert” menu still only shows “Embeds” and nothing else.

I would appreciate any further information you can provide.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

 

However, when I reopened Figma using the same account, I found that blocks other than Embeds are now visible again…

It’s a very puzzling situation, but since the issue seems to have been resolved, I will refrain from inviting you to the file for now.
