In Buzz, can you designate certain text as italic from a spreadsheet?

When using Bulk Create for text fields, I’d like to be able to designate certain text as italicized within the spreadsheet. If it were markup, it would look something like this: “This is a Headline. <i>This is a Headline in italics.</i>” Thanks!
