Importing video fail - blue line

Hiya, when i am trying to import a mp4 video file to a canvas, the video does not show, instead i see only a blue dotted outline where the video should be.

What could be the problem? Thanks!

Hello Celine, it did work out now, it seems to have been a server problem due to the big video file. Thank you for your answer!

Hey there! Could you share a quick screenshot or a video recording (such as a Loom or Google Drive link) when you encounter the issue? This will help us better visualise the issue. Do you see any error messages?
