I created a logo in adobe illustrator and saved it in svg format and once imported into Figma the effect which I had given in the logo is completely changing.

When importing from AI into Figma the SVG code is handled differently between the two programs, so this is currently expected. SVG marker and pattern elements are not included in the import.
