images are not displayed in the project

Hello!
I can’t see pictures in my projects. In all projects. Rebooting and reinstalling the application did not help.
I can’t upload the project because the files can’t be loaded.
If I insert a new picture and refresh the page, the picture disappears.
The pictures are inside the frame
What should I do?
