Please I’m unable to place images on Figma, either by filling or place image or drag and drop, it’s not working. At times it shows the file type .(Jpg, PNG) can’t be used as image fill

Thanks for reaching out! I’m curious about what’s happening on your end. It seems to be working well in my environment, so could you try the troubleshooting steps below?
- Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
- Browser : Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
- Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
If the issue still persists, could you share screenshots or a recording of the behavior so we can investigate further?
