Image not visible while preview

Any format of images are not visible in preview mode/prototype, but visible while export as PDF/.JPG/.PNG. Have debugged basic problem like frames, blend, fill etc… 

Anyone have any idea about this? I stucked with this problem☹️

Just to help narrow things down a bit:

  • Does this happen in the desktop app, the browser, or both?

  • Is it affecting one specific file or all your files?

  • Are these high-resolution images that might take a moment to fully load?

  • A you using any VPNs, browser extensions, firewalls, or proxies? These can sometimes interfere with how Figma renders content. Please try disabling them temporarily to see if that helps.

Here are a few initial troubleshooting steps you can try in the meantime:

  1. Try different browsers: Switching between Chrome, Firefox, or Safari can help identify if the issue is browser-specific.

  2. Reinstall the desktop app: If you haven’t already, try reinstalling the app to see if the preview issue persists there.

  3. Test a different network: Connecting via a mobile hotspot or another network can help rule out any local connectivity issues.
