Image in the back of a rectangle is moving when i scroll

Hey everyone! So I have an image, a text box and a rectangle (to give a blurred background) in the same frame, but when I scroll up and down the image also scrolls on the opposite direction… and the other pictures on its side don’t do that. Do you know what might be wrong?
