I can’t confirm from my own experience. The plugin from your screenshot and other icon plugins work as expected.


Check your internet connection, try restarting your tab/browser/computer.


Tried everything


If you have an ad-blocking browser extension installed, try disabling it. Also try checking in a different browser or the Figma Desktop app.
