I want to downgrade my account from figma education to starter.

Just to clarify:

• Starter plan (free, with limited features)

• Education plan (free if you qualify, includes Professional features)

• Professional plan (paid, with full features)

I can see your current Figma account is on the paid professional plan, but if you have another separate Figma account which is on the education plan and your goal is to downgrade to free starter plan, there isn’t a direct user-facing way to do that, but I can connect you with our support team to help.

Could you confirm which option you’d like to move forward with?

I have 2 accounts for figma, One is free which i wanted to be a student account, but instead of that I applied with my office account and submitted my ID for verification. And now I cannot verify my personal account. now what should I do?

Got it!  Right now, there isn’t a way to downgrade an Education team back to Starter on your own. But I’ve gone ahead and connected you with our support team so they can help downgrade your team. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to reapply and verify your personal account instead.
