I’m currently working on this picker area. I created one component set so I can switch between exercises 01–08.

However, I’m not sure how to make the timer work together with it. I know that you can’t create an actual countdown timer inside Figma, but what I need is to show the timer state for each exercise.

For example:
01 — Calves — 04:00 Remaining
02 — Hamstrings — 03:30 Remaining

Each exercise has a duration of 30 seconds.

How can I make this work so that when I click on “02 — Hamstrings,” the displayed countdown also changes to “03:30,” just to demonstrate to the developer how it’s supposed to function?
