I have Lost Access to My Email and Figma Account

I have lost access to my Gmail account, which was linked to my Figma account. Unfortunately this means I can no longer log in to Figma. I’ve created this new account to seek assistance.

Could anyone guide me on how to change the email address associated with my Figma account so that I can regain access?
