While I can’t share account-specific details in this space, I did check our system and can see you’ve already opened a case (nice work getting that started).
Your request has been escalated for further review, and the team will follow up with you at the email address you reached out from. Your case ID is: 1506852. Please keep an eye there for updates and thank you for your patience while they work through this. 🙏🏻

Hey @Tom Reem, I’m having the exact same issue. Please suggest me the process of getting access to my Figma files linked with my previous email account.
Hi everyone, I am working closely with Tom, happy to help! 🙂
@emmanuel.ogb80 , I see in the backend that you have created two new tickets. One of your agent has replied back to you yesterday and is waiting for your response (for reference, case #1516040). Could you please check directly your inbox via emxxxx0@gxxxxl.cxm? You’ll just need to reply back to your case so the support team can assist you further.
@Abhishek Thakur , I’d recommend you first to reset your password and then update your email address as needed.
- If you log in to Figma using an email address and password, you can reset your password from the log in screen.
- If you log in to Figma using Google SSO, your email address and password is managed by Google. You will need to change your password in your Google account.
Here’s our guide for more details: Reset your password
If you no longer have access to your email account, please contact directly Figma Support for assistance by filling out this form: Submit a request
Hope this helps!
