I have a paid Professional account, But my team is not able to create more than 3 projects or 3 design in each project. It is asking for upgrading the plan

Hi @mcc1 - one thing I want to point out is that when you upgrade/pay for a seat, you are upgrading a team and not your user.
This means you can have unlimited projects/files within a team you have upgraded.
It sounds like you are using a team that is not upgraded with a professional subscription.
