After purchasing a 1-month Professional full membership, my usage was exhausted within one day, and it was supposed to renew after one month. To prevent renewal, I downgraded my membership to the Starter (free) plan. However, yesterday the 1-month fee was charged to my card again, while my account still shows as a free membership. Additionally, since I am on the free plan, I no longer have access to the admin/billing page, so I cannot manage permissions or settings. What should I do?
