I can see the option the enable it, but when I request to create the open session, I receive an error message displaying “Could not start an open session. Please try again later.”


Looking at the network level, I can see the error message “Workshop mode has not been enabled”.


How can I enable the workshop mode?

An admin from your Org can enable Workshop mode for the entire organization.
