I installed some plugins but when I click on the desktop=>plugins, I only see the list of recent ones, that is, the last five used, but I can’t see all the ones installed.
How can I see this?

I’m grateful for the answer, but I discovered the problem. For some reason the plugins were not installed. I noticed this for the flag next to it, which on mine was hollow and not full. So I clicked on the flags and it solved the problem.

You should be able to see them under ‘Saved’
Or you can access them via to top UI here
If you don’t see anything there, try restarting Figma.
