I can only view files on my Ipad app although I have editing permission that works on the online version

The official Figma iPad app does not allow editing of Figma files. Only FigJam files. To edit on iPad you need to go though the browser (with the caveat that editing Figma files on iPad is not supported officially by Figma).

This feels like a major feature missing. Any indication of when it will be supported?

The main problem here is that undoing is super tedious on the ipad. Rather than having a handy undo button, it seems like we have to dig through the menus 😦 Would be nice to have a gestural shortcut!

Figma needs to enable IPad users to edit files locally.

Any updates on it, Figma team? We’ve been waiting for this feature for almost 3 years, and nothing yet.
