I Built a Relationship Duration Calculator — Looking for UI/UX Feedback

Hi everyone,

I recently built a small website called Kalkulator Jadian, a relationship duration calculator. The idea is pretty simple: someone enters their relationship start date, and the calculator shows how long they have been together in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.

The calculator is already working, but now I’m looking at the design from a UI/UX perspective. Since this is a very simple tool, I don’t want to add unnecessary elements that make the experience confusing.

I’d like to improve the interface and possibly create a better visual result that people can share with their partner or friends.

For designers using Figma, what would you recommend for a project like this?

I’m especially interested in advice on:

  • Making the date input feel simple and intuitive

  • Designing the duration/result section

  • Creating a clean mobile-first layout

  • Making the result visually interesting without overdesigning it

  • Designing a shareable result card

  • Choosing typography and spacing for a simple utility tool

  • Keeping the interface consistent across desktop and mobile

The main challenge for me is finding the balance between a useful calculator and something that feels enjoyable to use.

If you were redesigning a relationship-duration calculator in Figma, what would you focus on first?

I’d really appreciate feedback or examples of design approaches that could work well for this type of tool.
