I am a new guy in UI/UX design i watched a lot of video on youtube how to design a web and responsive images but i want to design atool which helps me check my sepco bill. Here user will enter his ID and the tool will show his electric bill. thanks in advance

Design a prototype of how the app would function in Figma.
Code an app based on your design on whatever platform you need. The app needs to connect to some kind of API that would allow the app to fetch the necessary data, so you may need to build a backend too.
