I accidentally created a kit onto a Figma Make file, and it erased my Figma Make content

Hi all,
I am a bit of a new user in Figma and was experimenting with Figma Make, creating a prototype of a webpage. Somehow, I don’t even know how I did this but I created a kit, and it seems to have overwritten or erased all my content and version histories of the Make document. You can see in the screenshots how the document looks in the home-page, and what I actually see when I open the file now. I can’t see any version history, etc.
I don’t know what happened, but is the Figma Make document and all the versions I had done gone for good?
