Yes, this is happening to me too! I use a Samsung s10 Ultra and this just started happening on chrome. Is really frustrating and I’ve cleared the cache and refereshed multiple times and still no fix.

Hey All, thanks for flagging this issue!

This usually happens due to a scaling bug where your Lenovo tablet’s system pointer overrides the Figma app's cursor. It could also be a browser rendering issue. Can you please try the following to see if any of these help?

  • Refresh/Reboot: Simply refreshing the browser tab or restarting the Lenovo tablet often resolves temporary scaling bugs.
  • Check Android Settings: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Mouse Pointer on your Lenovo tablet to ensure the size is set to default.
  • Browser Troubleshooting: If using Chrome, try clearing the app cache or switching to a different browser to see if the issue persists.
  • Check for Android Updates: Ensure your system is updated, as these bugs often appear after version updates (e.g., Android 12).

If you’re still having the issue after trying these solutions, please let me know, so we can continue to troubleshoot.

I did all this, and no improvement (I have a Samsung Tab and could do all of these) I even checked my version of Chrome and Restarted my tablet multiple times and no improvement at all.

If I hover in the system options it goes back to normal, but if I try to hover in the working area it just goes HUGE. This is starting to affect my working process, please help.

Thanks for following up and clarifying your device, @Edith Pedemonte

Since you’re actually using a Samsung tablet, can you try the following?

  • Reset System Pointer Size: Go to Android Settings > Accessibility > Vision enhancements > Pointer size and color and ensure the size is set to default.
  • Clear Cache then Force-quit: Go to Settings > Apps > Figma > Storage > Clear Cache. Then, force-quit the browser or Figma App and restart it.
  • Adjust Figma UI Scale: If using a keyboard, use Ctrl + + or - to resize the Figma interface. This can sometimes recalibrate the cursor size.
  • Check Browser Zoom: Ensure the browser (Chrome) zoom is set to 100%.
