With Figma Grid, I can’t longer find the previous Wrap feature that allowed me to create a reactive and responsive grid by applying a "min" element.

How to Use the Wrap Feature with Figma Grid
Hi there!
I believe the wrap option isn’t available when using a layout grid, since the layout is defined by fixed columns. To get wrapping behavior, you would need to switch to a horizontal auto layout instead.
That said, I might be wrong too – I can’t seem to find it either.

U can set your container to horizontal auto-layout and click the returning arrow right of the auto-layout buttons.
