How to upgrade monthly billing to a yearly subscription

Hi,

I have 2 full seats. One billed per year, the other one monthly. I would love to change the monthly billing to yearly, but I am obviously not able to do that. 

Any idea?

Hi ​@BruchKurt, thanks for reaching out! 

You can add annual seats to your annual subscription at any time from Admin > Settings > Plan. 


Since you’re already on the annual plan and have a seat that is currently being billed on a monthly cadence, adding an additional seat will convert the monthly seat into an annual seat.

  1. From the file browser, click  Admin in the left sidebar.
  2. From the Total seats table, click Add seats.

Keep in mind that when you add an annual seat, Figma will charge you a prorated fee for each seat at your next monthly invoice. This covers that seat for the remainder of the annual billing period.
