How to update figma to use figma sites

Hi, I am not able to update figma as I really want to use figma sites. Please help! I see figma buzz but not figma sites, and I dont know how to update my figma either.

Hi. Figma Sites is not currently available for Education Plan. You need a paid plan to use it.
