I’m running into an issue where when I go to add an image using the keyboard shortcut “Shift Command K” it doesn’t open my finder, instead, it opens a search menu that lets me navigate between Figma files. I checked the keyboard shortcuts and it looks like add image is still listed as Shift Command K. How do I stop this from happening? Is there a new keyboard shortcut for add image? I am on Mac.

Hi @SunscreenDude 👋 Thanks for your question.

I couldn't reproduce it on my end in the browser (Shift ⌘ K (Ctrl+Shift+K) opened Place image as expected), so it'd help to get this in front of our support team so they can dig into what's different about your setup. Example gifs from Browser (Chrome) and Desktop:

The best path is to file a bug report here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Type "file a bug" and click Start a chat to get it routed to the team.

This article covers what to include so they have everything they need on the first pass: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041468234-What-to-share-in-a-bug-report-to-Figma-Support. The most useful thing you can attach is a full-size screen recording with keystrokes visible (CleanShot and most capture tools can overlay them), so the team can see exactly what's pressed when the search menu opens instead of Place image.

Thanks for your help! — Jaycee
