How to send a Flow to my phone

I was playing around with Mirror and somehow I ended up saving a playable version on my phone.   Sadly, I don’t remember how I could have done that.   This is really handy because I can now open the app away from my desktop and see/share the Figma Flow.

I think it has something to do with a Page.  ??

I just don’t remember how I did it.    😫
