as you can see on the image, i have selected a tab layer in frame 1, and the same tab layer in another frames are highlighted as well, how do i automatically select all that highlighted layer?

when you have duplicated Group with same properties, it will highlighted when you select one of them while Prototype’s tab open.
Yes, this! It seems like there should be a command to select these pre-highlighted layers, similar to how text editors for writing code do it.
