How to resize without changing margins between elements

How do I resize the elements so they scale without changing the margins in between.

I want the red boxes to scale to keep the margins intact between them like the grey boxes I have as an example below.

I copy pasted them as an image to scale them.

Could you confirm whether you want the distance ratio kept intact with “keep the margins intact”. I tried to reproduce this on my end and shared the following screen recording with the team.

Or do you want to actually maintain the same spacing value between objects (always 10 pixels for example) but scale the objects up (visually, the grey boxes would “look” closer together in this particular case).
