How to remove the “Education plan” from account?

Hello,
Education plan was applied to account by mistake.
How to completely remove it?
I have create a ticket, but get reply that I cannot use ticket system because I’m on starter plan.

    @Roys Can I ask how you created the ticket? I’m having the same issue and don’t know how to resolve it? Thanks.

        Same here, I get a reply that customers on the starter plan receive support only through the Community Support Forum and Help Center! Please I need to downgrade the Educational plan
