Education plan was applied to account by mistake.
How to completely remove it?
I have create a ticket, but get reply that I cannot use ticket system because I’m on starter plan.

Same here, I get a reply that customers on the starter plan receive support only through the Community Support Forum and Help Center! Please I need to downgrade the Educational plan
