Im trying a simple card shuffle animation with 3 states cards stacked, cards spread and swap layers (under, above), and then restack. and I’m having a animation delay after frame2(spread).

How to remove animation delay between frames?

You can’t remove the animation duration on smart animate, but you can adjust the speed to 1ms so it will look like it’s instant.
