I accidentally deleted an important Figma design file. First, I moved it to Trash, and then I permanently deleted it from Trash by mistake.
The file contained important work and was deleted accidentally. Could a Figma Support Specialist please confirm whether any recovery options, internal backups, archives, or retention systems are available for this file?

Once a file is moved to Trash and then permanently deleted from there, that action can't be undone from the file browser, there's no self-service way to bring it back at that point.
I can see you already have an open case with our team on this (ticket #2136919), but I want to be upfront that once a file's been permanently deleted, we can't guarantee it's recoverable, but you'll hear directly from the team handling your ticket with what they find.
