Hello! I’m doing web design and want to realize this effect.

When mouse hovering in a country,
1. the country turns dark color
2. shows the address information panel accordingly under the small dots.

Should I make component of each country? But I don’t want to drag the instances of them to the map, I can’t keep the exact position of each country. I need your help. thanks 😊
