How can numbers appear and join centered text with the tap of the plus sign? I understand variable number and visibility settings but how can it move and stay centered text on appearance?

You will have to create two text boxes (probably in an auto-layout frame), one for the number and another for the text. You can use individual variables for each if you’d like the text to change, for example from “Adult” to “Adults” if the value of the number variable changes.
