How to make my prototypes automatically follow through to the next page

Hello,

I am relatively new to Figma, and I am creating a mobile app to allow people to order coffee. I want to have the ability to add a product to the cart and for it to automatically appear in the “Add to cart” page. Is this sort of prototyping possible in Figma?
